As the Creative Traffic Manager, you will oversee the entire workflow of creative projects within the company, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all event-related materials. You will act as a key liaison between the creative, events team, production, and project management teams, making sure that everything runs smoothly for large-scale events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the flow of creative work from concept to completion across multiple departments.
- Oversee the scheduling and prioritization of projects, ensuring deadlines are met for all creative assets.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and event planning teams to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any delays or bottlenecks.
- Provide clear communication to all team members on timelines, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Manage client requests and feedback, ensuring changes are implemented efficiently.
- Maintain an organized workflow system to track project status, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Ensure that the creative output aligns with the company’s standards and client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Traffic Manager or similar role in a marketing, events, or creative agency.
- Experience handling large-scale events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adjust schedules to meet changing project needs.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
