- Greet and welcome guests of all ages with a warm and enthusiastic attitude
- Promote daily activities and upcoming events taking place in the play area
- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock activities, including receiving, inspecting, counting, and recording goods to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, including regular stock counts, reconciliations, and cycle audits.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
- Highlight potential hazards, any incidents or issues to the manager
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, forms, templates, and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to
- Work in shift patterns and be flexible to accommodate changes for special events
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers involved in the event, such as caterers, decorators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and vendors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create memorable and unique event experiences
- Ensure top customer service, handle customer complaints, and report them to the manager
- Previous experience interacting with children is a must
- Previous experience in event coordination and making quotations for clients is required
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Specialist knowledge in storytelling, face painting, arts and crafts, dancing, balloon bending, clowning, etc. are addon
- Skills in party planning and coordination
- Possess an enthusiastic, creative, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, and flexible personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Event Coordination: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
