Our creative agency is searching for a talented and motivated **Full-Time Video Editor** to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for taking raw video content and transforming it into compelling videos that engage our audience and achieve our clients' goals.

**What You'll Do**:

- Edit and assemble video footage from various sources (interviews, b-roll, animations, etc.) into polished finished pieces.
- Collaborate with filmmakers, producers, and directors to understand the vision and objectives of each project.
- Implement creative direction and feedback to refine the narrative and flow of the video.
- Integrate sound design elements (music, sound effects, voiceover) to create a cohesive and impactful audio experience.
- Manage and optimize video files for various platforms and delivery formats (web, social media, broadcast).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, software, and technologies.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the editing process.

**Who You Are**:

- You have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into engaging video content.
- You're proficient in professional video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and have a solid grasp of audio editing tools.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- You're a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing deadlines.
- You're passionate about video and have a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience editing for marketing, advertising, social media, or similar creative fields.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation software.
- Experience with color grading and visual effects.
