**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone system, fax machine)
**Salary**: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Citizenship (required)
