**Job Description: Site Surveyor for Kitchen Hood, AC Duct, Sewage Tank, and Water Tank Cleaning**

**Position Title**: Site Surveyor
**Department**: Operations
**Reports to**: Project Manager / Operations Manager
**Location**: Various project sites

**Job Overview**:
The Site Surveyor plays a key role in assessing and evaluating sites for kitchen hood cleaning, AC duct cleaning, sewage tank cleaning, and water tank cleaning services. The individual is responsible for conducting detailed inspections, collecting accurate measurements, identifying potential issues, and preparing comprehensive reports. The Site Surveyor ensures that cleaning and maintenance services meet safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Inspections & Assessments**:

- Conduct on-site surveys of kitchen hoods, AC ducts, sewage tanks, and water tanks to assess cleaning needs and overall condition.
- Measure and document dimensions, ventilation systems, ductwork, and tank capacities.
- Identify blockages, corrosion, contamination, or any structural concerns that may affect cleaning or operational efficiency.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**:

- Compile accurate data on equipment, materials, and resources required for cleaning services.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, including site sketches, photos, and observations.
- Provide technical input and recommendations for effective cleaning solutions based on the site survey.
- **Compliance & Safety Checks**:

- Ensure all inspections comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify safety risks associated with cleaning tasks and propose corrective measures.
- Advise on access points for equipment and ensure safety protocols are in place for cleaning teams.
- **Client Interaction & Communication**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
- Provide explanations regarding findings from site surveys and suggest cleaning schedules based on the condition of the system or tanks.
- Work closely with clients to ensure mínimal disruption to operations during cleaning procedures.
- **Technical Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with operations teams, project managers, and cleaning technicians to develop accurate quotes and service plans.
- Assist in planning the logistics and technical aspects of the cleaning process, including equipment, chemicals, and labor needed.
- Liaise with suppliers for specialized cleaning materials or equipment, if necessary.
- **Follow-Up & Quality Control**:

- Conduct post-cleaning inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Ensure all required documentation and reports are submitted on time and meet company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in engineering, HVAC, plumbing, or related technical field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site surveying, HVAC systems, sewage management, or water tank cleaning services.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of kitchen hood ventilation, AC duct systems, and tank cleaning procedures. Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using survey tools and equipment (measuring devices, cameras, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of CAD or similar design software for creating site sketches.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site surveys in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily fieldwork, visiting multiple client sites.
- May involve working in confined spaces or at heights (AC ducts, water tanks).
- Travel to different locations as required.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Physical fitness to handle site inspections in various environments.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site surveyor: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving license (preferred)
