Operations Incharge

Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our premium specialty coffee shop. Role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects of the Coffee shop (3 units), from customer service and staff management to inventory control and financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and develop café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Schedule and assign duties to staff, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer concerns and feedback.
- Monitor service quality and ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Train staff to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with baristas & management to develop and update the café's menu offerings.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly.
- Introduce new products and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Set financial goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve profitability.
- Analyze sales data, track expenses, and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
- Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement marketing/promotional campaigns.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to increase the café's visibility and customer engagement.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms for sourcing ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Generate regular reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in premium café or specialty coffee shop in UAE as Café in charge/Area coach, operations head/operations manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning.
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
