Schedule, plan and communicate technicians / mechanics service activity to relevant staff member(s); dispatching of technicians to attend to breakdowns.

Provide confidential administrative support to Technical Services & Workshop Personnel.

Maintain the department resource planner.

Manage all induction & access requests for the workshop facility.

Expediting of department requisitions and equipment returns.

Maintaining and updating offshore / onshore medical and safety training records.

Prepare offshore timesheets.

Keep track of the mobilization and demobilization plan and maintain a record.

Compile monthly reports for the tracking of overtime hours, personnel allocation and dept manhours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
