**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Support strategizing Equinix Channel business
- Manage resource allocation and utilization
- Responsible for providing comprehensive input to stakeholders to support decision making
- Proactively communicates issues and risks and escalate conflicts, proposing options for resolution
- Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
- Partner, advise and work with other cross functional business operations teams to deliver on outcomes
- Communicate key insights and findings to Sales teams
- Act as an evangelist for the Equinix strategy and priorities
- Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
- Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships
- Identifies process gaps and issues and may recommend areas for improvement
- Assesses impact of manual workarounds
- Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate Project Management
- Creates, manages, and leads larger project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniques
- Drives alignment with stakeholders from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring
- Creates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysis
- Manages process and procedural documentation
- Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years experience in related field preferred
- Solid experience in MS Office Suite
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
