**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven 5+ years of work experience as an Android Developer or Quality Assurance Engineer, specifically focused on Android app testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Experience with bug tracking systems, such as JIRA or Bugzilla, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, such as Appium, Espresso, or UI Automator.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript, for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively communicate issues and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and experience with collaborative coding workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in software testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester).
- Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and familiarity with security testing methodologies.
