**Project Manager**

The Discovery to Live UAE team is working with a large organisation to hire Project Managers to lead and support implementations (cover Tax).

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Oversee project aspects such as scope, time, cost, resources, quality, and address issues and risks.
- Strategize, negotiate, and allocate necessary resources, monitor their efforts and timesheets, and motivate the project team to meet deadlines.
- Keep top management informed of the project's status through project steering committees and review meetings.
- Engage end users in solution development through storyboarding sessions and scenario walkthroughs, gathering feedback to enhance the solution according to their expectations.
- Implement project change management tools and techniques to handle changes in scope, time, and cost.
- Leverage the offshore/onshore model for delivering the overall solution.
- Plan and execute testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and performance and security tests, ensuring compliance with business requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate the solution's go-live, conducting post-deployment checks, announcements, and communication.
- Manage the rollout of the solution to different locations, if applicable.
- Adhere to internal and external policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.

**About You**:

- Over a decade of expertise in the Project Management field.
- Proficient in bilingual communication (Arabic/English).
- Demonstrated strong presentation abilities.
- Extensive experience in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
- Proven team management capabilities.
- Effectively handle project constraints related to Scope, Time, and Cost.
- Capable of working under pressure and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management.
- Holds Project Management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Prince 2, etc.
- Adheres to internal and external policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
