**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Use hands-on activities, games, art, music, and play to engage children in learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs and learning styles of all students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a warm, welcoming, and structured classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and learning.
- Manage classroom routines and schedules, ensuring a balance of academic and play-based learning.
- Use positive behavior reinforcement and conflict resolution techniques to support children’s emotional and social development.
- **Child Development and Assessment**:

- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of students in areas such as language, motor skills, social-emotional skills, and cognitive development.
- Administer informal and formal assessments to evaluate student learning and growth.
- Identify and address any learning difficulties, working closely with support staff or specialists when necessary.
- **Parental Communication and Engagement**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
