We are looking for a professional, proactive and passionate Female Personal Trainer & Supervisor who can show a positive attitude at all times, maintain an excellent standard of customer relations, sell and promote our services, plus manage the daily operations of our branch executing:
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
To promote and deliver a safe and beneficial personal fitness program, which has been tailored to the client's needs and goals with varying abilities according to company standards and procedures using EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) device.

**Note**: Training on EMS device will be provided, the trainer will need to be a fast learner to accommodate.
- Strictly following and updating the business operations structure provided and advise how to improve it
- Attending company calls in a professional manner/ calling potential leads
- Complete minimum amount of sales / coaching sessions per week
- Assist clients with payment of the sessions, membership and company legal forms
- Track and update all sessions in the Calendar system
- Create EMS fitness and Personal Training program(s) for each client
- Be prepared with the equipment accessories for programmed sessions, body composition and nutrition etc.
- Explaining the exercise program that you have prepared for the client
- Demonstrating and teaching the exercises to the client and providing feedback on technique.
- Providing personal training sessions using EMS device at highest standards
- Provide each client with an unforgettable experience
- Utilize social media to grow clientele - Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Acquiring and taking visual content, photos and videos for marketing purpose
- Attend weekly and monthly staff and coaching meetings/ self-development
- Participate in coaching special events, challenges, and monthly community workouts
- Assist management with communication between management and clientele
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Represent the company in a positive manner
- Update customers on promotions and news
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report
- Recruitment of new clients
- Completion of monthly inventory of merchandising articles and sales
- Ensuring good working practices in accordance with health & safety procedures
- Provide all other services (nutrition advice and analysis, body composition tests etc.)
- Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains an excellent standard of customer service
- Supervise and take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of equipment
- Be prepared to move between different locations according to operational needs of the business
- Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other business duties, within reason

**Skills and Abilities required**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, VIPs and other staff
- Ability to execute sales and promote fitness services
- Ability to teach and instruct
- Able to work independently and on own initiative
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships
- Knowledge of current fitness industry developments
- Knowledge of emergency First Aid procedures and the ability to react calmly, quickly, and effectively in emergency situations
- Being also willing and able to adjust workout programs at the last minute
- Being apt at coordinating schedules and managing time wisely and effectively
- Being able to utilize and implement new technology, equipment, and techniques

**Compensation**:
