To effectively execute these responsibilities, you'd follow a structured approach:
1. Product Portfolio Familiarization: Start by thoroughly understanding the brand's product portfolio. Familiarize yourself with each product's features, benefits, and ideal usage scenarios.

2. Training Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training curriculums that cover various aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatment and hair care. Each curriculum should be tailored to the skill level of the trainees and aligned with the brand's image and values.

3. Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans for each training session, outlining the objectives, topics to be covered, activities, and assessment methods. Ensure that the content is engaging, informative, and interactive to keep the trainees actively involved.

4. Training Delivery: Utilize a variety of training modalities to cater to different learning preferences. Conduct in-person training sessions, webinars, and utilize digital platforms for remote learning. Make use of visual aids, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions to reinforce learning.

5. Demonstrations and Hands-on Practice: Provide live demonstrations of hairstyling techniques, ensuring that trainees understand the proper methods and procedures. Offer hands-on guidance and support as trainees practice these techniques, providing feedback and assistance to help them improve their skills.

6. Product Education: Incorporate education about hair care products into your training sessions. Teach hairstylists about the features, benefits, and proper usage of each product, emphasizing how they complement various hairstyling techniques.

7. Reinforcement and Follow-up: Reinforce learning by providing additional resources, such as video tutorials, reference guides, and ongoing support. Follow up with trainees to assess their progress, address any challenges they may be facing, and provide further guidance as needed.

8. Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of your training programs and seek feedback from trainees to identify areas for improvement. Update training curriculums and materials as necessary to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.
