Milan is a leading supplier of premium raw cloth materials imported from Italy, catering to tailor shops and fashion businesses across the UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality têxtiles, helping our clients create exceptional garments that reflect Italian elegance and craftsmanship.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and has a passion for the têxtile industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the tailor and fashion industry.
- Present and promote Milan’s range of premium raw cloth materials to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the têxtile or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Own visa and ability to work in the UAE (company does not provide a visa).

**Compensation**:

- This position is commission-based, offering high earning potential based on sales performance.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
