- **Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products offered by Marsh, such as employee benefits, cyber risk management, and claims advocacy.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, providing guidance to clients on risk and insurance-related compliance issues.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on risk management best practices and provide regular updates on their insurance programs' performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to clients on their risk profiles, claims experience, and insurance program performance.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in insurance brokerage or risk management, with a focus on multinational clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including Property & Casualty, Liability, and Employee Benefits.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios.
- Understanding of UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) is a plus.
