Our client, a highend sportswear distributor is looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to join their team.

In this integral role, you will collaborate closely with the Company Chief of Staff, playing a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities.

Your expertise in the local UAE Labour Law will be essential in ensuring compliance and aligning our practices with legal requirements.

As a dynamic HR & Recruitment Manager, you will refine and enhance existing processes, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a process-driven mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Management**:

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective HR operations, emphasizing recruitment strategies that drive business growth.
- Evaluate and improve current HR systems, policies, and procedures, aiming to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

**Recruitment Leadership**:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to attract a diverse pool of top talent.

**End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

**Leave Administration and Compliance**:

- Oversee the leave administration process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable UAE Labour Law regulations and company policies.

**Employee Support and HR Inquiries**:

- Manage day-to-day HR requirements, providing timely and reliable support to employees and addressing HR-related inquiries.

**Catalyst for HR Growth and Development**:

- Act as a catalyst for growth and development within the HR function, continuously seeking opportunities to elevate HR practices and contribute to the company's success.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Strong written and spoken English skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate HR professional with a deep understanding of HR's significance, particularly in Recruitment.
- Proven experience in HR operations, focusing on process improvement and delivering results in recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, digital platforms, and social media recruitment strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced environment with ownership of recruitment projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Adaptable and collaborative team player excelling at building relationships and working cross-functionally.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with creativity and resourcefulnes
