Marketnig Executive

**REQUIRED MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) in SHARJAH URGENTLY**

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop efficient and innovative marketing strategies both offline & online marketing
- Develop, coordinate and implement marketing programs to increase sales
- Develop and implement annual marketing plan and monitor results on monthly and quarterly basis
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online, Ecommerce and offline marketing channels
- Implement and monitor various advertising campaigns using various metrics and promotional activities
- Must be responsible for handling all social media accounts and well versed with social media marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, purchase prospective of customers, user demands, pricing strategies and loyalty programs

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in marketing, digital communications, or equivalent
- Atleast 5 years of experience in marketing with online and offline channels and with minimum of 2 years in FMCG or hypermarket experience
- Must have experience in UAE FMCG or hypermarket domain
- Must have experience in Ecommerce and digital / social media marketing or campaigns
- Strong communication skills with creative and broad minded personality
