We have an exciting new vacancy for a **Judicial Clerk** in DIFC Courts with a passion for judicial excellence, attention to detail and an enthusiastic positive attitude.

As our new **Judicial Clerk** you will be responsible for providing administrative research and legal support to the Resident Judges and the Registry in line with DIFC Courts policies and procedures and Dubai & UAE Laws.

**To be considered for this role ideally you would have**:

- Experience of working in Court environment and researching cases
- An ability to take responsibility, build and maintain strong relationships
- Preferably a postgraduate in Law or a Bachelor of Law graduate
- An excellent command of the English language
- Experience drafting judgements and orders
- Strong research skills within the legal field and ability to provide clear responses for Judges
- The ability to prepare presentations on legal research
- Drafting and preparing practice directions and guidance notes
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role
