Qualifications:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Phlebotomy, or a related field
- Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) evaluation letter to practice in the UAE
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections efficiently and safely.
- Prepare patients for blood draws and explain procedures to ensure their comfort.
- Label and process specimens accurately for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation of collected samples and patient records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during blood collection procedures.
- Assist in the management of supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and availability.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
