Experienced Foreman for False Ceiling and Excavation

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the construction work of False Ceiling and Excavation projects
- Ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with the project plan, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor the progress of the project and report to the project manager
- Ensure that the project is completed within the specified timeline and budget
- Train and mentor, the construction team to maintain high-quality workmanship

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in False Ceiling and Excavation construction
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
