The Role
**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach. - Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as necessary. - Previous experience in a receptionist or guest relations role is preferred. - Knowledge of cloud services and technology is a plus.
