As you walk into REVO's bustling Dubai office, you're greeted by the sound of ringing phones, excited chatter, and the hum of busy agents typing away at their computers. You can sense the energy and excitement in the air, and you know that you're in the right place.

As a Real Estate Agent at REVO, your typical day starts with content creation - putting your creative hat on to create eye-catching videos and social media posts to attract potential clients. You know that these videos will be the first point of contact for many buyers and sellers, and so it's important to make them stand out. Once the content is ready, you begin calling on the leads generated on the videos, eager to help potential clients find their dream home or sell their property.

After making some calls, you head out to your designated communities to network and promote your properties. As you walk through the neighborhoods, you feel a sense of pride in the properties you represent, knowing that they are some of the best in the market.

Throughout the day, you conduct market appraisals, schedule video shoots with the content team, and develop relationships with sellers and landlords to obtain competitive market prices. You advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage solutions, and facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords. You know that the key to success in real estate is building strong relationships with your clients, and you work hard to ensure that they trust you with their biggest investments.

At the end of the day, you head back to the office, tired but fulfilled. You know that you've made a difference in people's lives, and that's what makes the job worth it. , Commission based, No basic salary
- Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
- Networking in your designated communities
- Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor your properties
- Scheduling Photoshoots and Virtual Tours
- Create social media content related to your area and properties
- Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
- Working hours 9 am-6 pm (Monday -Saturdays)
- Brokers should have a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including the latest trends, laws, regulations, and property values.
- Effective communication skills are essential to interact with clients, understand their requirements, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully.
