**_Job Description:_**:

- _Coordination and planning of administrative tasks._
- _Assist with follow-up of new employees._
- _Manage folder structure and documents in our systems such as SharePoint._
- _Write meeting minutes both from internal meetings and meetings with suppliers._
- _Follow-up in SAP, Inventory 7, registration and obtaining offers for maintenance work._
- _Assist in the base’s social group with planning team building and events._

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _Office worker, preferably with SAP experience. Secondary diploma / Technical understanding will be an advantage._
- _Willing to learn, self-motivated, proactive, service minded and willing_
- _Economics or other relevant education + 2 years’ experience_
