**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial advice.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Promote and sell banking products and services, including personal loans, corporate finance, and other financial products.
- **Customer Needs Analysis**: Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable financial products that meet their specific requirements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell financial products to existing clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position FGF’s products and services.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management, sales, or customer service role within the financial services industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in finance or banking are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- **Location**: Must be based in the UAE.
