Hooka Maker

The Hookah Maker is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hookahs (shisha) to guests at the desert safari camp. This role requires a deep understanding of hookah preparation, excellent customer service, and attention to hygiene and safety. The Hookah Maker will ensure that guests have an enjoyable and authentic experience while adhering to the camp's safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up hookahs with various flavors as per guest requests.

Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all hookah equipment, including pipes, hoses, bowls, and tongs.

Monitor hookah usage, replacing coals and refilling as needed.

Provide recommendations to guests on different shisha flavors and combinations.

Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols when handling hookah equipment and tobacco products.

Manage inventory of hookah supplies, including shisha flavors, charcoal, and accessories.

Ensure a clean and organized hookah preparation area.

Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.

Assist with hookah setup for special events or private functions within the camp.

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the camp.

Address any guest concerns or complaints related to hookah services in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in preparing and serving hookahs (shisha) is highly preferred.

Knowledge of various shisha flavors, brands, and proper hookah setup techniques.

Attention to detail and a focus on hygiene and cleanliness.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Understanding of safety regulations related to handling tobacco products and charcoal.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak camp hours.

Fluency in English.

Working Conditions:
Ability to work outdoors in a desert environment, with exposure to heat and extreme temperatures.

Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.

Physical ability to lift and carry hookah equipment and supplies.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
