Naseezam Garments LLC, a leading clothing company in Dubai, is seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our brand's vision and cater to our diverse customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Develop and sketch original design concepts, taking into consideration factors such as fabrics, colors, patterns, and styles.
- Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and develop design collections that align with brand identity and market demands.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production purposes, ensuring accurate representation of design elements and garment construction.
- Oversee the prototype development process, working closely with pattern makers and sample machinists to bring designs to life.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and functionality of garments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship, conducting regular inspections to ensure that finished products meet design specifications and brand standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as production, marketing, and retail, to ensure smooth execution of design concepts from initial ideation to final product launch.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and keep the brand competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or a related role, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction techniques, fabrics, and trims.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Fashion Design or a relevant field is preferred.
