**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualification - Interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency particularly MS Word and MS Excel - Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is essential - Baccalaureate Degree - 1 - 3 years relevant experience Preferred Qualification - Baccalaureate Degree with 3 years relevant experience - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge and understanding of education and degree requirements - Ability to recruit students and advise them to make decisions that will help overcome obstacles they face in their academic study - Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is essential
