Aluminum Welder

1.Perform precision aluminium welding tasks for automotive body panels, chassis, and structural components. Repair dents, cracks, or damaged aluminium body parts.

Aluminium technician should have certificates which is approved by premium brands like Tesla, Mercedes & BMW etc.

The welder should have experience in approved welding machines like CMI273 Pulse Twin, CM300 Pulse Duo, CM300 Pulse Trio

2.Work with Bodyshop technicians to assess damage and determine repair methods.

Assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicles as needed for welding tasks.

3.Fabricate aluminium parts for custom vehicle projects or structural reinforcements.

Align and fit panels and components to ensure proper placement and functionality.

4.Inspect completed repairs for weld integrity, alignment, and finish quality.

Conduct tests to ensure the durability and safety of welded components.

5.Maintain welding equipment, tools, and safety gear in good working condition.

6.Adhere to all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

7.Follow workplace protocols to minimize risks during welding and repair processes.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent.

Certification in aluminium welding (e.g., AWS or I-CAR)

Proficient English Communication - Verbal & Written.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive aluminium welding and body repair.

Experience with high-end or luxury vehicle aluminium body repairs.

Additional certifications from vehicle manufacturers or Bodyshop organizations preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
