**Job Title: Telemarketing and Office Manager (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telemarketing & Customer Relations**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our power tools repair services.
- Provide product and service information to customers, answer inquiries, and schedule repair appointments.
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and previous service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and track all communication to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and generate more business.
- Must Achieve The Monthly Target
- Ensure a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, repair equipment inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Manage the office calendar for meetings, appointments, and repair schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, ensuring a professional environment.
- **Cash & Financial Management**:

- Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments for services rendered and managing petty cash.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, including invoices and receipts.
- Prepare financial reports for management, detailing cash flow, receipts, and pending payments.
- Assist in processing customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage documentation related to customer orders, service reports, and other office records.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining databases, and filing.
- Coordinate with service technicians and other staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for promotions and services related to power tools repairs.
- **Language Skills & Communication**:

- Provide customer service and communication in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Malayalam** as needed, especially for multilingual customers.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.

**Requirements**:

- **Visa Status**: Must have a valid work visa to work in UAE.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Malayalam** is required (Spoken) And Must Have Good Writing Skill In English
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telemarketing, office management, or a similar role. Experience in a repair center or related field is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic accounting software.
- **Cash Handling**: Experience in managing cash, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail in managing administrative tasks, customer interactions, and financial records.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of office accounting and financial management.
