Are you a highly motivated Real Estate Broker with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai? Do you have excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in another language? Russian language skills are preferred but not mandatory.

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team and help us expand our structure. As a Real Estate Broker, you will act as a crucial point of reference between developers, property owners, and prospective buyers, assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offering advice to interested buyers. Your goal will be to facilitate and secure mutually satisfactory agreements.

Reports to: Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Evaluate clients’ desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- Mediate dealings between developers, sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information for beneficial understandings.
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker with a track record of sales.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of another language, especially Russian, will be an advantage).
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and demographics.
- Trustworthy and results-driven, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
