Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Pilates classes for clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Assess the fitness levels and health conditions of clients to develop appropriate Pilates programs
- Create a safe and effective workout environment for clients
- Demonstrate and teach proper Pilates techniques to clients
- Monitor and motivate clients during classes to ensure they are performing exercises correctly and safely
- Provide modifications and variations of exercises to clients with injuries or limitations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

- Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology
- Ability to create safe and effective Pilates programs for clients of all fitness levels
- Ability to modify exercises for clients with injuries or limitations
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passionate about Pilates and committed to ongoing professional development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
