**Position**:AutoCAD Fit-Out Furniture Designer**

**Summary**:
As an AutoCAD Fit-Out Furniture Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create detailed and accurate technical drawings and plans for custom furniture pieces to be incorporated into interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to design functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture that complements the overall interior design concept.

**Responsibilities**:
Furniture Design: Collaborate with interior designers and stakeholders to understand the design requirements and specifications for custom furniture pieces in fit-out projects.

**AutoCAD Drafting**:
Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise 2D and 3D drawings of custom furniture, including detailed construction drawings, elevations, sections, and assembly instructions.

**Material Selection**:
Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for the custom furniture, considering factors like aesthetics, durability, and budget constraints.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that the custom furniture designs adhere to industry standards, ergonomic guidelines, and relevant safety regulations.

**Coordination**:
Work closely with the interior design team and other stakeholders to integrate the custom furniture designs seamlessly into the overall fit-out plan.

**Visualization**:
Create 3D visualizations or renderings of the custom furniture pieces to help clients and stakeholders visualize the final products.

Modifications and Revisions: Address feedback from clients, interior designers, or project managers and make necessary adjustments to the furniture designs accordingly.

**Cost Estimation**:
Provide input on the cost estimation of custom furniture designs, including materials, labor, and production expenses.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and craftsmen to ensure the accurate production and assembly of the custom furniture pieces.

**Documentation**:
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions, for the fabrication and installation of custom furniture.

**Quality Control**:
Review the finished furniture pieces to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

**AutoCAD Proficiency**:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software, with the ability to create precise and detailed 2D and 3D drawings of furniture designs.

**Furniture Design Skills**:
A deep understanding of furniture design principles, including functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

**Material Knowledge**:
Familiarity with various furniture materials, finishes, and hardware commonly used in interior fit-out projects.

**Building Codes and Regulations**:
Awareness of relevant safety standards and regulations related to furniture design and manufacturing.

**Communication**:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team, suppliers, and craftsmen.

Ability to manage multiple furniture design projects and meet project timelines.
