Group CFO
As part of an executive management team, the Group CFO will have interaction with various members of a company. The Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) has a primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations including maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
Education **and Work Experience**:
- Qualifies Chartered Accountant or CPA or CMA.
- 5 years minimum experience as a CFO in a large group of companies.
- 15+ years total accounting or finance experience.
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of compliance and reporting.
- Background coordinating with IT to manage and/or upgrade accounting system. SAP implementation experience strongly preferred.
- “Hands On” ERP Systems Experience - SAP is preferred
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence - ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
