We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Officer to join our coffee manufacturing start-up and play a crucial role in establishing our brand, GILIZA, in Dubai and beyond. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks associated with setting up and launching our coffee manufacturing operations. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for coffee and a drive to succeed in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Roasting Plant Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with the roasting plant, ensuring effective communication regarding production schedules, quality control, and inventory management. Collaborate closely with the plant to ensure the consistent delivery of our premium coffee blends.

Regulatory Compliance: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Dubai's rules and regulations concerning labeling and manufacturing processes for coffee. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws and guidelines to maintain compliance.

Setting up the Brand: Work closely with various stakeholders, including graphic designers and packaging suppliers, to develop a visually appealing and distinctive brand image. Ensure all branding elements align with our vision and resonate with our target market.

Manufacturing Setup: Collaborate with the operations team to establish an efficient and streamlined coffee manufacturing process. Identify and source necessary equipment, raw materials, and packaging materials. Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's regulations and guidelines regarding labeling and manufacturing processes for coffee
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
