We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team and contribute to the success of our interior fitout projects. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and precise technical drawings and plans that translate design concepts into reality.

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 YRS IN UAE**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Drawings:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of interior fitout projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, compliant with design specifications, and aligned with industry standards.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate design concepts and sketches into technical drawings that accurately represent the design intent.

3. Material and Component Specification:

- Specify materials, finishes, and components in drawings as required for construction and procurement purposes.

4. Coordination:

- Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Incorporate structural, electrical, and mechanical details into drawings as needed.

5. Revisions and Updates:

- Review and incorporate feedback from project stakeholders, making necessary revisions to drawings.
- Keep drawings up to date to reflect any design changes or modifications.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of drawings and revisions.
- Create drawing sets and packages for project documentation and submission.

7. Quality Control:

- Perform thorough checks on drawings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and local building codes.

8. Software and Tools:

- Utilize drafting software (such as AutoCAD or similar) to create technical drawings.
- Proficiently use tools and software for 3D modeling and rendering as required.

9. Time Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for drawing submissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman, particularly in interior fitout projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques.
- Attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
