Commi Iii

Must be able to relieve Chef-de-partie in a section allocated.
- Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
- Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
- Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
- Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
- Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
- Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
- Set up and stocking the station with all the necessary supplier.
- Prepare all the misn-en-place required for the operations.
- Follow the recipe provided by the company to prepare the menu items.
- Ensure the quality of food and the workplace as per the standards of the company.
- Should work as per the duty timing assigned.
- Should be well groomed and follow the Hygiene standards as per the law.
- Follow the instruction given by the senior team member.
- To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problems to a senior chef
- To comply with any reasonable request from your superiors
- To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short staffed, in emergencies, and/or when number of covers require.
- To adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labeling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records of such are maintained

**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Commi III: 3 years (preferred)
