Dubai, United Arab Emirates Kreative Folio Advertisement Designing & producing L.L.C Full time

Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various advertising and marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, branding materials, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Translate client briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and capabilities.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and other graphic design software.
- Video editing skills, with experience in software such as Adobe Premiere
- Excellent illustration and layout skills, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate ideas.
- Strong typography skills, including the ability to select and manipulate fonts to enhance design aesthetics and readability.
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and composition techniques to create visually compelling and impactful designs.
- Understanding of digital and print production processes, including file formats, resolution, and color management, to ensure accurate and consistent output across different mediums.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 2+years of agency experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
