Investment Associate

Development of various types of financial models including but not limited to; mergers & acquisitions, capital raising transactions, debt analysis, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking;
- Research target industries and companies to provide investment recommendations;
- Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF;
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of transactions;
- Lead / Assist in preparing materials, presentations (e.g. briefs, teaser, information memoranda, prospectus) to be presented to management or stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities, industry research, macroeconomic overview, market review (e.g. financial markets, comparable), financial performance of group entities, project feasibility analysis;
- Assist in establishing an investment policy aligned to the group strategy and investment criterion for evaluating prospective projects;
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders in order to expand the business;
- Work closely with the finance department to evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Work closely with ERP implementers to identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard.
