**Job Title: Structural Steel Painter**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Surface Preparation**:

- Conduct thorough surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and treatment, to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
- Remove rust, scale, and contaminants from steel surfaces as per industry standards.
- **Coating Application**:

- Ensure uniform and consistent coverage while adhering to project specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished work to verify adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Address any defects or issues promptly, ensuring a high-quality finished product.
- **Material and Equipment Handling**:

- Manage and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, brushes, and related tools.
- Monitor and replenish painting supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and guidelines relevant to the UAE construction industry.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to protect personnel and property.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including the types and quantities of coatings applied.
- Document any incidents, accidents, or deviations from project specifications.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and address project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Structural Steel Painter in the UAE construction industry is mandatory.
