**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**

Administrative/Management Coordinator
- Main responsibilities include administration, Support & coordinate client meeting with Managing Director, clients mail & telephonic updations.
- Provide timely and accurate information as required by the reporting manager
- Maintain accurate records of all the operational activity within the team
- Shall be responsible for all the documentation/filing/coordination.
- Shall be responsible for coordination within the different departments of the company.
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by the management.

**Technical Skills Required**
- Microsoft Office

**Interpersonal skills required**
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Must be very flexible, proactive and quick Learner
- You will be expected to have an outgoing personality and possess excellent knowledge of the company’s products and service

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
