**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to introduce them to our educational programs, discuss their educational goals and interests, and provide information about program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various lead sources and databases to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential students interested in our programs.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of prospective students, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of our educational programs.
- Objection Handling: Address objections, concerns, and questions raised by prospective students regarding program offerings, admissions criteria, tuition costs, financial aid options, and career outcomes.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for prospective students to speak with admissions counselors or attend information sessions, campus tours, or virtual events.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, provide additional information, answer questions, and facilitate enrollment decisions.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of all interactions with prospective students, lead statuses, and appointment outcomes in CRM or sales management systems.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and revenue goals through proactive outbound calling and effective lead management strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with admissions team members, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training, professional development, and feedback mechanisms to enhance sales effectiveness and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience, education industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and establish trust over the phone.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
- Results-oriented attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics..
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for outreach campaigns and events.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
