We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to join our team. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations of our HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.

**2.Employee Relations**:

- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database.
- Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.

**3.HR Administration**:

- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, preparing HR reports, and managing HR documentation.
- Assist in HR policy and procedure development and implementation.
- Maintain and update HR-related policies, procedures, and employee handbook.

**4.Training and Development**:

- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and identifying development opportunities for employees.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and track training participation and completion.

**5.Compliance and Legal**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support HR audits and assist in maintaining HR records for compliance purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and developments to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- This is a office based work (Business Bay metro station).

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
