Design:

Estimating:

- Analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates.
- Calculate materials, labor, equipment, and other costs required for projects.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a database of pricing for materials and suppliers to streamline future estimations.

Client Interaction:

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients for review and approval.
- Negotiate with clients to finalize budgets while maintaining the quality of the project.
- Provide technical support during project execution to ensure the design aligns with the client's vision.

Coordination:

- Work closely with the procurement and project management teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with fit-out materials, finishes, and market pricing.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Education**:

- Primary (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior design and estimating: 1 year (preferred)
