Traffic Foreman

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Traffic Control Operations**:

- Perform all traffic control operations and manage personnel involved.
- Ensure smooth and safe flow of traffic during construction activities.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with the approved Traffic Management Plan in all operations.
- **Traffic Management Administration**:

- Administer the Traffic Management Plan in coordination with Construction Managers.
- Maintain field operations in strict compliance with the plan.
- **Operational Support**:

- Ensure timely execution of traffic control operations to support ongoing construction activities.
- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Provide limited supervision to team members through motivation, direction, and feedback.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- **Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans and safety regulations in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage personnel effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth coordination with construction teams.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
