We seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our real estate brokerage company in Dubai. To handle secondary property sales and rentals, catering to both local and international clients. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our team towards success and achieving our company's goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Set sales targets and objectives for the team, monitoring their performance and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract clients and generate leads for property sales and rentals.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in Dubai and ensure compliance within the team.
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar managerial role in the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including the secondary property sales and rental sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively manage internal and external relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools and technologies.
- A valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai is preferred.

Proficiency in Utilizing Real Estate Portals:

- They should be adept at leveraging these portals to generate leads, showcase properties, and maximize exposure for our listings.
- Familiarity with the functionalities and features of these portals, such as creating compelling property listings, managing leads, and analyzing market trends, is essential.
- The ability to optimize property listings using high-quality images, engaging descriptions, and accurate property details on these portals will be a significant advantage.
- Additionally, they should stay updated with the latest enhancements and changes to these portals, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of utilizing these platforms effectively.
