**JOB DESCRIPTION: F45 Jumeirah Park Trainer**

F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility. F45 places a huge emphasis on the 'three key factors' of motivation, innovation and results. At F45 Jumeirah Park we ensure that all our members receive the service they deserve and are promised when they sign up for a membership. Our studio is a community, and we take great pride in every aspect of its operation. Your role is integral to the success of the studio, and it is essential that you have a “can do” attitude. You will be expected to go above and beyond while working at the studio and the role and responsibilities outlined below are not in any way limited to.

**THE ROLE**:
F45 Trainers play an integral role in the growth of the studio by coaching classes, connecting with and motivating our members and delivering the F45 Experience to the community.

You will also be working closely with the Head Trainer and Studio Manager to foster and retain current members and welcome new members as well as but not limited to the following:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver high quality, results focused F45 group fitness classes
- Drive results for members
- Set up the studio before and after training sessions
- Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
- Motivate studio members during and after training
- Assist with membership growth and retention
- Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
- Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level

**KEY ATTRIBUTES**:

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions
- Current and valid Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Certificate
- Current and valid Senior First Aid & CPR/AED Certificate
- Current Fitness registration will be highly regarded

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Personal Training: 2 years (preferred)
