This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Recruitment Head - Agency Business. The Recruitment Head - Agency Business will be responsible for managing and leading the development of a recruitment team within the Agency Business. The Recruitment Head - Agency Business will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients, developing and implementing business strategies, leading the recruitment process, managing budgets, and ensuring high-level oversight of all recruiting activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven leadership and management experience with a passion for building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize, multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting technology/software, online sourcing channels, and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
