Job Title: Project Manager ( Female )

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Interpret and understand architectural drawings and technical specifications related to advertising, branding, and signage projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- **Negotiation and Estimation**:

- Prepare and present project estimates, including cost, time, and resources.
- Negotiate contracts, scope changes, and project terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and minimizing risks.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management within the construction, advertising, branding, or signage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
