Main Responsibilities
- **Managing the site entry and exit gates and assisting customers in issuing parking tickets, paying parking fees, and exit the mall premises smoothly**
- **Make sure to keep the traffic flowing and direct cars into available parking spaces.**
- **Patrol within the mall's car park**
- **Report any incident such as accidents, unattended belongings, HSE hazards, or customer complaints to the Traffic Control Center / Security Control room**
- **Protect premises, property, and information**
- **Report daily to the Supervisor / Team Leader with all daily reports as per procedures**
- **Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times**
- **All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times**
- **Operating and monitoring security systems that relate Parking Security**
- **Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles through the car park.**
- **Patrol on foot search for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site**
- **Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect unauthorized person**
- **Write appropriate reports as required**

**Selection Criteria**:

- **Require previous car park experience, good knowledge of traffic management**
- **3 years proof of work experience with a minimum 1 year of Traffic Marshal experience in UAE**
- **Education certificate required**
- **English communication skills (verbal and written)**
- **Good knowledge of traffic management**
- **Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills**
- **Hard-working and committed**
- **Willing to work on a shift schedule
