Position Overview:
London International Studies is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Finance Course Trainer to join our organization. As a Finance Course Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in the field of finance, including courses on CMA (Certified Management Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and other relevant finance certifications. Your role will involve designing training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and guiding participants to enhance their knowledge and skills in finance.

**Responsibilities**:
Design and Develop Training Programs:
Create comprehensive training materials, course outlines, and training manuals for various finance certification programs, including CMA, ACCA, CPA, and others.

Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the latest industry standards and regulations.

Deliver Training Sessions:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or groups of participants, both in-person and online, under the London International Studies brand.

Present complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner to ensure effective learning and knowledge retention.

Utilize various training methods and techniques, such as case studies, simulations, group discussions, and practical exercises, to facilitate a dynamic learning experience.

Assess and Evaluate Performance:
Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and performance throughout the training programs.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their understanding of finance concepts and skills.

Conduct assessments and examinations to measure the effectiveness of the training and the participants' comprehension of the material.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of finance, including changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Continuously update and enhance your own knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge training programs and provide relevant insights to participants.

Collaborate and Coordinate:
Coordinate with the training department and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional finance certifications (CMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) will be an advantage.

Proven experience as a Finance Trainer, Finance Instructor, or a similar role, preferably in delivering courses on CMA, ACCA, CPA, or other finance certifications.

In-depth knowledge of finance concepts, accounting principles, financial analysis, and related topics.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.

Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including multimedia resources, e-learning platforms, and virtual classroom software.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and participant backgrounds.
